SAIL MEDICLAIM EXTENDED UPTO 10th july 2019

           SAIL Mediclaim Scheme has been extended           (Extension period – 11th April, 2019 to 10th July, 2019) 


SAIL Mediclaim Scheme (2018-19) has been extended for a period of three (3) months from 11th April, 2019 to 10th July, 2019 with M/s. United India Insurance Co. Ltd. (UII). M/s. MD India Health Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd., will be the TPA for the aforesaid period.
For any treatment related enquiries or claim (cashless/ reimbursement) related enquiries, members of SAIL Mediclaim Scheme (members as on 10th April, 2019) may contact M/s. MD India Health Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd.

                                    Renewal premium 


                               Below 70 years                                 Rs 916
                               Between  70-80                                 Rs 641
                               80 Years and above                          Rs 427


                                   Age will be counted  from 11.04.2019

    After July 10th,what an retired/separated employee will do,how he will get information for renewal online ? No information is given by the units.If any further information ,pl.inform me.Thank you Sir.
