Scheme for enrollment for those ex employee who could not enroll themselves earlier.

Scheme for Ex-employees who either did not enroll themselves at the time of their superannuation, or were not able to renew their membership under SAIL Mediclaim Scheme on account of various reasons has been declared  

SAIL shall not provide subsidy on the premium for the current policy-period for those ex-employee and the membership can be availed by depositing the premium amount through   Banker's cheque /bank draft payable to SAIL,Bokaro Steel Plant  at BS cirty. 

The ex-employee / spouse shall have to pay   Rs.9923   per person for persons below 70 years of age as on 3l-03-2017 and Rs.13,876/-  per person for persons 70 years & above age as on31-03-20l7. 

The Date of Enrollment of all the aforesaid Gap Cases/First Time Enrollments shall be 11'th 
 June, 2017. 

Note : Last date has been extended upto 1 5 th June, 2017  for those who were member of 2016 mediclaim scheme
